Yesterday's radio commercials and related jingles are disposable flotsam and jetsam. Often rescued from the dumpster and tape eraser, here's where they live to celebrate another day, and give us a peek into the pop culture of the past. All material has been sourced from tapes or vinyl discs (records) used on the air at radio stations or dubs of said tapes, transferred for pristine quality when possible.

Cheezy and Dated Off The Rack Christmas Jingles...
From the Pepper Tanner "Contemporary Sound" of the early 1970s, I really don't know if I would air these things when they were contemporary, comes some really hokey kids jingles...funny how the song "Candy Man" was around this time, though that seems a bit more professional then this stuff. The camp factor is in high gear for these.
Posted as one file per side, everything is here, so you can create your own mock early 70s christmas commerical or run them as is. The music is here complete with the jingle also.
Have a great Christmas and New Years and see you next year (if the world doesn't end by then!)
Stunning. Almost makes me cry with relief that we have moved on from being subjected to having to endure hearing this kind of ...--- WAIT! This is so much better than today's CRAPPY commercials, what am I talking about??? Makes me cry because I miss this kind of stuff.
Thanks. This actually sounds like mid- to late-1960s.
